This company would have received 5 stars except that, they had to come out twice and the 2nd time they were to come I made an appointment at 9:30am they did not show until 6:30pm. They cleared the line, it backed up again, they cleared it the 2nd time no additional charge so goal accomplished so I would hire them again and recommend them as well BUT I would not count on them being on time.
Did not ask for a fee to come and look at the problem, which is good, but did not give an estimate for the work after getting here. Told me the cost after it was done. Prompt and did a good job.
Courteous professional
The pilot of water heater was off. Service man told me to change furnace unit ($675 + Tax) without checking anything. As the heater is new 2013, I asked him to check it. He ignited and it worked. Then charged $150. This is not fair.
The rates they charged was way overpriced. I had to stop them after spending about $800. They were asking additional $600 to complete the job. They ripped me off. I end up hiring somebody else to complete job at one sixth of cost and job was well done by this new company. I used home advisor in past few times and I also recommended my friends too. But I can not do that any more.
I cannot give a zero stars, if I could I would. He started working without giving a quote. When I asked for a price he gave a very high price taking advantage that I dont have a working dish washer. Just for a 5 minute job charged more than $300+. After the work is done when I ask for the coupon from their website again he lies that he already applied. Don't waste your money and get trapped.
They were really great! hey Always called before and when the technician arrived. The technician took his time to replace and they left the area clean. And they had a follow-up call to see how it was going. I was very pleased. I will definitely use them again!
A rip off $300 to un clog a drain
Called at Noon on a Sunday Afternoon and a Plumber who's name is Steve Sr. arrived by 1:00. He gave us a couple of recommendations and allowed us to choose what we would like done. Steve was polite, friendly, courteous, clean and Extremely Professional. We had also asked him to replace a faucet which he was happy to do. Steve Sr. was done in a little over an hour and left the job clean. I will most definitely recommend him and will call him for any future plumbing and heating needs that I have!
