This is a no nonsense company. Had a sewage back up on a Sunday called roto rooter they wanted 350 for the visit and another 400 in possible fees. I threw them out..... I call ed aa absolute $ 200 later in 40 minutes problem was completely solved no non sense no big astronomical charge in out drain cleaned. Very honest very reliable. I highly recommend this company. THE PRICES WERE HIGH
I hired this company to fix my tenant's boiler that was malfunctioning during this winter. The boiler is very old, but they assured me they could fix it for about $600. After completing the repair, it was malfunctioning again within 24 hours. They went back and claimed that he realized it needed a part replaced which he could not get. So now that I was already $600 in with them, they said it needed to be replaced and gave me an outrageous estimate of $7,000. That's about $2500 more than other estimates I receieved. The work was outstanding and the personal was outstanding and knowledgeable. They were a bit expensive.
