Very prompt and professional. Completed on time and did everything the contract stated.
Dominic showed up on time to my house and was very friendly. He asked all the right questions and answered all my questions satisfactorily. The only thing I would have like to see was the actual transition from identifying the problem with my gas hot water heater to fixing the problem. I was expecting a quote before he even started fixing the problem, but he simply went straight through. Good thing this was only a service call that cost me around $180 and not a full replacement job.
They came out quickly and fixed the the problem.
I was happy with the timely service I received.
