Tech was very late. I had to call for status. It was an emergency so I had them do the work but was extremely pricy
The tech clearly explained the problem and how to avoid the issue in the future. It was a trivial issue which hardly took him 10 minutes to address (to reignite the pilot) but being new homeowners we had no way to figure that out ourself. But the cost for a house call was a bit pricy in my view. Nevertheless the guys from A A Absolute are a reliable bunch you can count on for their knowledge and quality of work.
Jessie was my tech. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my a/c with no problems. He has a great attitude. He is an asset to the company! Thanks Jessie. I'm from Mendham NJ
did not keep appointment time. Tech came unprepared to work, I actually had to provide tools, equipment myself, he also had a surly attitude. Another bad experience with a Home Advisor recommended provider!!!
My water heater was leaking. Steve did an excellent job to replace with a new one. The quality of work was outstanding, price is reasonable and Steve is very friendly and courteous while doing the good work. I will monitor the water heater for the next few days and weeks and I hope there will be no issues.

I had a clog that backed up two toilets and two showers. He was there within an hour. He knew exactly where the clog was and cleared it from the vent pipe on the roof. The estimate was free and I felt he was honest. Job well done!
My kitchen disposal was clogged, they came at appointed time, called twice to follow up and cleared the problem quickly without a mess. Although they were a little $ more, they did get the job done.
