Integrity, a difficult quality to find in a home repair person. He recognized my system had new parts and did not need replacement, rather a simple adjustment of parts already installed fixed the system perfect. His honesty was so appreciated, and he did say the system is getting older, however it has many years left of service life. The former repair person was ripping me off and trying to sell me a $25,000 new system I did not need. Thank you AA Absolute, I am a customer for life.
TOO Expensive for the Work.$200 to snake a toilet. 5 minutes work.
Paid $200.00 to snake a laundry room drain. Was given a 30 day guarantee. The drain was still backing up a little. When I called to have them come back, I was given 4 different appointments and they never showed up.

The steam boiler was old and only providing heat to 2 of 6 radiators. Many valves and gauges needed replacing and the errors of a previous repair attempt were corrected. The tedious task of skimming all of the sludge from the system resulted in all 6 radiators again providing heat. heat.
George my technician that installed my sump pump was excellent. He explained everything well and looked at my other pump (we have 2) and it turned out it was the same pump he just installed. The other one is 12 years old and still working so that made me feel good about the new one. He came quickly and did a professional job. Would (A)bsolutely hire them again (hopely with the same technician) !
Good explanation of the situation
Initial work did not correct problem. Called a had a follow up appointment and no one showed up after several calls. Called again and someone finally showed up and didn't correct the leaking radiator problem and quoted me an astronomical price without taking into account I had paid for a service that didn't correct my problem. Had to find another plumber. Worst ever service
