First I received a call to schedule a free estimate. Then when I called back due to a no show. I was told $75 just to come out. When the tech Dominic arrived, he didn't do anything to my system but tell me I needed a $10500 loan for an entire new system. When I declined, he charged $133 for a diagnostic?? He called his office during the visit and was screaming insults to his coworker. Very unprofessional. 1 day later hired another Home Advisor Pro. He was extremely helpful and honest. Fixed my entire issue for $365.
