My only complaint was that the cleanup was hurried, and the crew left a lot of sediment covering a wide area in the street. I had to clean it myself a few days later when even the rain wasn't strong enough to wash it away.
Prompt service, and excellent work
Firm responded to inquiry to Home Advisor within 3 days and completed cleaning out ejector pit waste same day. Professionally done. Even offered advice as how to treat mechanism to extend need for service calls.
Don't use them. In a nut shell they came to fix an older model boiler. They technician couldn't find an original part for it so they "jury-rigged" a similar part. Three weeks later the boiler blew up, flooded and started smoking. We just moved in a couple of weeks beforehand, and if we weren't home the house could have burned down. I called them to come back to fix the problem and they said they couldn't get to my house because of the snow. "CAUTION" An inexperienced tech was sent to my house. He made a mess and charged 3 times more than anyone else ! "CAUTION" Let them tell you what its going to cost you first, before they even say hello. They are "BIG RIP OFFS" and they'll never get my business again .
Everything was performed to our satisfacion.
