My only complaint was that the cleanup was hurried, and the crew left a lot of sediment covering a wide area in the street. I had to clean it myself a few days later when even the rain wasn't strong enough to wash it away.
Prompt service, and excellent work
Firm responded to inquiry to Home Advisor within 3 days and completed cleaning out ejector pit waste same day. Professionally done. Even offered advice as how to treat mechanism to extend need for service calls.
Don't use them. In a nut shell they came to fix an older model boiler. They technician couldn't find an original part for it so they "jury-rigged" a similar part. Three weeks later the boiler blew up, flooded and started smoking. We just moved in a couple of weeks beforehand, and if we weren't home the house could have burned down. "CAUTION" An inexperienced tech was sent to my house. He made a mess and charged 3 times more than anyone else ! "CAUTION" Let them tell you what its going to cost you first, before they even say hello. They are "BIG RIP OFFS" and they'll never get my business again .
Everything was performed to our satisfacion.
