A1 is just what they are ,they were on time got the plumming done 30 min ,at very reasonable rate,compared to other Quote
Was out the same day they were called and was on a Saturday came out Monday and did the install of a hot water heater.
A1 Tec Service and they did a 100% on time and professional job would rate them as a 5 star professional service provider.

My water heater went out and Richard(owner) was very quick to come out and diagnose the problem. My water heater was 15 years old and the bottom was rusted out. Installed a tankless water heater. Jimmy did a great job with the installation. Was a little apprehensive to go with a tankless water heater but after doing some research I feel that it is the better choice. A1-Tec did a great job!
Jimmie was very meticulous in finding the leak from my upstairs shower . I hired another plumber a month ago and did not find what Jimmie found today . He made sure that the drains and pipes from the tub and shower were not leaking or damaged . He found that the water leak is a simple caulking of the water damaged corner outside the shower . He carefully applied caulk in all areas in and out of the shower. Will wait 24 hours to use my shower but I think the leak will not be evident . Will use this company again for future ne... read more
Rick was extremely good at calling to arrange a time to come and about moving the day up when the forecast for the original appointment was for rain. Although he had to run and get a part he had our unit repaired within an hour of his arrival. Would highly recommend this contractor.
