Came very quick. Had the problem solved real soon
Richard and Jimmy arrived on time and were very friendly and did great work. When finished they cleaned up the better than when they arrived. Would hire them any time.
We were given a couple of choices, chose not to do anything at the moment. I would use them again if I decide to spend the money to change out our exterior faucets.
I really enjoyed my experience with this company. Richard Cobb is a fine man. He came to my home to give me a quote on replacing my water heater. He gave a fair price and was $1000 cheaper than another company who shall remain nameless. He also spotted some other plumbing issues but didn't try to for the repair down my throat as something that had to be done right away. I will definitely be doing business with him again.
They were gruff but honest and did not overcharge me.
In a time where it seems no one calls you back and they are never on time, A1 Tec is at the other end of the spectrum. They called me in just minutes of using Homeadvisor. They said they could get to me within 2 hours. They called to tell me to let me know they were on their way. And they arrived right on time. They identified the problem. Showed me what was wrong. And fixed it all for a fair price. Extremely friendly and professional. I will ONLY call A1 Tec next time. Tom K.
