Responded quickly to the service request and was flexible on timing of job to fit my schedule. They were very friendly and the price came in on the low end of initial quote.

He said he would come and didn't show, rescheduled didn't show. I called to let him know I hired someone else. He was extremely rude to me!

I was looking for a plumber last minute and found them. I'm so happy they could come and do the repair. They were quick and did the job correctly. I will use them again
Excellent service. Very professional. Just nice people who cleaned up after the job. Even suggested I wait since the faucet I had had a lifetime warranty. Also suggested I not buy an advertised brand because of low quality. All around competent people.
Very bad with communication, tells you one price and then charges another.
A1 was called in to patch a leak in my copper piping under the house. In the process finding the water feed line which a prior contractor and locator service could not manage. They hit a snag and did a great job recovering and made solid, stable connections that I'm completely satisfied with. I will definitely be using A1 in the future for any job I can't manage myself. You want honesty and quality work done right in the upstate area, give these guys a call. Thanks again guys!
