They are great at charging excessively.

Need to replace floor, about to fall in, if sit just right the only thing keeping up is sewer pipe.
There is a problem with the compressor warranty. On August 2, 2018, I signed a contract and paid to have a Packaged Gas/Electric unit installed with A1 Tec Services. The contract stated that the compressor and heat exchanger would have a lifetime warranty. On August 13, 2018, Mr. Jimmie Cobb with A1 Tec Services assured me that the registration and warranty paperwork had been filed. Their work ethics are praiseworthy. I've contracted them to wash our house.
Very nice guy
The techs arrived earlier than originally planned which was great. They figured out the problem quickly and made a cost-efficient repair. The only negative is that they don?t accept credit cards.

Jimmy and John were friendly and worked quickly finishing the job. They were considerate and ensured the work area was left clean. They even took off their boots after they got wet in the shower as to not dirty the floor.
