Great service, can handle many trades.
This company was completely unprofessional. The guy came out in regards to a water pressure/inconsistent temperature issue and all he did was call our water heater company over the phone so that they could walk him through how to confirm it was working properly (we could have done that). He then insisted he needed to check our water pressure but didn't have the proper gauge to check. He said he would be back the next day to check, and he never came. His complaint was tankless water heater was not working right. I call Manufacture and help me program it back to working were working right so he said had a water pressure problem. We check pressure and its were spoke to be can fix it if it not broken
They were very nice, friendly, and able to take on our project early. Jimmie was upfront and honest about what they could and couldn't do before they started. Their work was top notch! One thing to note is that Home Advisor had them incorrectly listed as accepting credit cards; they accept only cash or check. They were very patient while I went to the store to get more cash back to pay them - much appreciated! That was my fault for being under-prepared. Great work guys! Thanks again!
