They were very nice and I am happy with the job they done. I probably wouldn't be happy with anyone's price though. Sure I would hire them again.
They arrived on time, had to go purchase some parts, came right back. Job was completed in under one hour. Left everything neat and clean. I di think they were a little pricey. Not sure, I haven't had to have any plumbing done in a while.. Since I recycle, I would have appreciated them asking did I want my parts back instead of them selling and earning extra bucks.
Their trip charge was high but they were prompt and did quality work.
They might charge you a travel fee if your located outside Easley.
I hired them to install the water heater. They sent one that was not energy efficient, as promised and was not 50 gallon capacity as promised. I gave them a deposit and they promised to return it (over $500, but I have not seen it yet). The manager very rudely tried to convince me that it was the promised water heater but it was not. I would NOT recommend this company.
The company did a nice job but they should have told me that the price would be more than we discussed.
They came on time and I had several things to have done. My garbage disposal was not working and they got it fixed. Then they tried to get my toilet drain unclogg and when they were unable to they installed a new toilet for me. The last problem I had was a new toilet seat and since the toilet had one that was taken care of. All in all very pleased with the service .
Eric was very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding to our needs. Very quick to respond and very quick in fixing our problem. I would highly recommend him for any job.
