Very efficient. On time. Cordial and respectful. Arrived on time. Found the problem almost immediately and repaired it. Will definitely call A-1again.
there was no wasted time on the job and tec's had a positive attitude
He came when he said he would. The only problem I have with him is he wanted a check the minute he was done replacing the Heat pump. He was given $4100 up front for the work and then wanted a check the minute he installed a new water heater. I paid him again the same day and found out later he was not finished running the drain lines. In my 63 years I normally get a bill when finished and have 15 to 30 days to pay. Not with this company.
Same day service, knew what he was doing and got to it promptly.
Techs got on the job right away, provided creative solution to a difficult problem.
Good ole guys with fixing problems for long time.

They responded very quickly, efficient work ethic. They found out the problem was electrical and essentially saved my life. If I'd left the system as it had been set up by someone else, I could have had a fire. They followed up with me to make sure I knew how to solve the electrical problem so I felt they really cared about the solution, not just business. I highly recommend them!!
