Our problem turned out to be multiple issues with the sewer line. They were professional and tenacious when it came to fixing it right. We even ended up having to get the city involved because the problems even extend to the city side of our sewer tap. They were there to help the city determine the issues on the city side. I only hope the city continues with the same level of resolve, but in the meantime we are back up and running.
i would Recommend them they were very affordable compared to the other estimates i received, very fast, efficient and they cleaned up well and provided instructions to me after the install
On time to do the job. Quickly got started to get job done,courteous and friendly. Fair price for the amount of work to be done. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home repair or installation in their field.
They came out quickly and handled the problem (clogged toilet in tenant space) in 15 minutes. No complaints there. They were polite enough. Only two criticisms: The technician was very dirty and smelled like he hadn't bathed in a week. Had to breathe thru my mouth while in the same room with him. Could be that he'd come from another job that was hot and sweaty. So maybe cut him a break there. They charged me over $150 for a job that literally took 15 minutes. But they solved my problem. And I'm grateful for that.
Very quick to respond and set up a meeeting time fore a quote. Very competitive on price. We had two to scheduled within week of quote.
