Richard was a treasure to work with. I sent a quote request through home advisor at 3:30am and got a text back immediately! I thought it was automated so I didn't respond and called at 8am only to find out that it was actually him! What an amazing response time. He came out a couple hours after the call and not only fixed my issue, low freon, he also gave me a quick lesson about how my HVAC system works with tips on how to keep it working smoothly. I will be hiring Richard again in the fall to do my next check up:-)
