My experience with this company was abysmal. I purchased a toilet from Lowes and an install package as well. The installers came, removed and hauled away the old toilet and said I needed a plumber to remove a cast iron flange. So I turned to Home Advisor who recommended A1 Tec Service. RIchard came and collected $82.50 trip fee and said he needed special saw to saw off flange from above and below. To return over the weekend. He called and couldnt come either day over weekend. They were prompt and came the next day and took care of my plumbing issue. I felt they were a little pricey, as no parts were involved and the work took only 30 minutes.

Very prompt and courteous ,quoted what I thought was a reasonable price, when the work began they were very knowledgeable and quality oriented as well as being pleasant to talk with. I would definitely use them again
