They came out twice. First time to see what the problem was then leave to get the part. Called when they were on the way back a couple of hours later had the washer fixed in 15 minutes and were finished.
Polite, professional and on time! Would use this company again.
The gentlemen were very nice. Also when I told them I need to be at work at a certain time, they arrived earlier than the time I was told. Got right to it, and I had plenty of time to get to work on time. That may have been because the other appointment didn't take as long as anticipated. But instead of dawdling, they came straight over and arrived early. That doesn't happen often.
I thought the A&A guys were going to be really good; they seemed to be knowledgeable and replaced the non-working ice maker on my refrigerator-freezer; I presumed it would be fixed, and I would have ice later. I came home some hours later, and there still is no ice in the icemaker. I called the cell phone number used by the workman but no one answered. It is now almost 8:30 p.m. Over three hundred dollars later, I still don't have a working ice maker nor any ice....although I was told they were installing a new ice maker. I ... read more
