Very professional. Got to work immediately and ice maker was repaired and he was done in about 20 minutes.
I had them check out my washer dryer stack for a possible leak. They were able to determine that there was no leak in the equipment and it originated in another apartment. I was impressed that they did the review of the equipment and discovered it was not my machine. It was definitely worth the money for the peace of mind.
Because the dryer is older, Aaron first warned me that the repair might be costly, then was able to confirm that the necessary part has been discontinued. I appreciate his candor and how quickly he was able to tell me that he would be unable to do the repair.
Answered all of our questions, very patient and polite.
