Timely and quality fridge repair troubleshoot. Arrived about an hour after expected time but lateness wasn't significant in this project. Fridge works after repair!

Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Got here sooner than expected and got my washer working in very little time. Also spotted another problem that I will be getting with the manufacturer on.
We got a appointment online and they called the next day to see about coming early which was fine. Show up on told us what was wrong but we didnt go with the work because it would cost what we paid for washer 8 years ago, going to get new washer. Still like the company
They were on time, personable, and honest. The fix was something simple and they didn't try to complicate it to charge me more money. I will definitely use them again.
The service representative called several times to keep me informed about arrival time. The work was done very quickly and for a bit less than the original estimate - always a nice surprise.
