I filled out a service request online on Nov 27. I got a call from the company on Nov 28 and 2 service guys came and got my dry machine fixed on the day. Then they came back again on Nov 29 to fix a minor noise issue. The service is good overall.
They recommended not fixing my refrig. I completely agreed, I had had it repaired twice without being told that. An honest repairman is hard to find.
Punctual, profession and did not try to oversell
I called Aron ( the owner ) . He & his co-worker Marcos arrived within the time frame he mentioned. He gave me a fair quote, left to go get the part (the main dial circuit was worn out) . They were back within 90 minutes and installed the part. I would definitely recommend Aron / A&A Appliance Repair. He is honest, very professional, knows his way around appliances, is fair and dependable. He looked @ another appliance and didn't charge a fee for that service. Highly recommendable. Ken C.
