In accordance with usual bad luck, it stopped making the noise when they arrived. They checked my dryer and found the belt was wearing unevenly. He also asked if I wanted him to replace the bearing because that is usually the part that makes a noise and then sometimes stops making the noise. He only charged me for the part. While it did cost $250, I have a well maintenance dryer for a good deal. Last few times I've had ARS out, they wanted to sell me a new appliance!

A & A Appliance was on time, professional, personable, and was able to quickly identify what was wrong with my dryer. They had the parts in their truck and made the repair. The entire job took 30 minutes. They stayed to be sure my dryer heated up and that the timer worked. I would highly recommend A & A Appliance.

Excellent customer service. He kept me informed as to when they would arrive and diagnosed the problem immediately. They left to retrieve the part needed and returned to complete the job. I would highly recommend using A&A Appliance Service.

From the time that I contacted them thru Homeadvisor until the time that refrigerator was repaired was less than 4 hours. Now you can't beat that.
