Travis was very courteous and gave me good information about my AC unit.
A-1’s service tech Rick Rayburn recently did a super job on my spring seasonal maintenance check of my system. He was very knowledgable , prompt, and took the time to explain how my system works and why preventative maintenance is so important with todays heating/ac systems. Rick is the fourth service tech to check our system since we have been on their seasonal maintenance program, and all of the tech’s have been outstanding. Thank you A-1 for hiring only the best….
Kurtis was wonderful! A-1 came within hours when we had a leak. Repairs were made quickly and were well done. Then Kurtis went the extra mile and did our semi annual check even though we had not made an appointment. And THEN he crawled around under our house and figured out why one area of our house would not cool down. A-1 heating did a great job in diagnosing a leak through the furnace chimney in a driving rain storm. Mike explained what was going on and replace the chimney. thanks Mike
A-1 Heating has the best service technicians; they are all prompt, conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They treat your furnace and air conditioner as if it was their own. I have had my appliances serviced for years with A-1 and have always felt I had superior service after a seasonal maintenance. I trust A-1 exclusively. From scheduling, to letting me know when the technician is arriving, completing the maintenance and rescheduling for the next season, A-1 Heating and their fabulous employees deserve an A+.
We had excellent service. Our furnace went out at the cabin on Thanksgiving. We contacted A-1 and they came out immediately to assess the situation. Once they had evaluated our problem they gave us all the options on how to fix it. No pressure. Once we decided on the course of action they immediately moved forward. We could not be happier with the results! I would recommend them to anyone! Great Job!!
