We've used A-1 for the past 10 years and have had a wonderful experience. They've replaced a furnace, hot water heater and most recently air conditioner and humidifier. The service is top notch, always friendly, courteous and timely. Our air conditioner went out this summer during a hot spell and they were out same day. It was replaced within the week. T.J. went above and beyond to make sure we were cool and comfortable and the installers were wonderful. We couldn't ask for a better partner to ensure our home is comfortable.... read more
I was very impressed with the service we received while buying and having our air conditioner installed. TJ Karren was very helpful with explaining the different product by showing us the different models. He followed through with everything he told us. He was a pleasure to work with. Josh K and Julian were the install guys. they were courteous, professional and answered my questions. And get this gals---- they cleaned up any mess they made!!!!! The whole experience was positive. This company is awesome!!! I recently moved into a new house (new to me) and I had some problems with the heating and air conditioning systems. A friend recommended A-1 to me so I called for an appointment. They were very accommodating with my schedule and quick to come to my house. We just used A1 thru Costco and had a great experience! Their equipment is all made in the USA! Can't go wrong with that!
Super speedy service and great support! A/C went out and so we called the service hotline. Within 20 min we had a rep at our house to evaluate it. They were able to replace a simple part for very low $ and got us back up and running quickly. Would definitely recommend A-1 Heating & Air.

They installed a whole new heating/AC last year. Not only is the house more comfortable in winter and summer, but we are also saving a ton on electricity! Yeah!
We used a1 when our ac was on its last legs and they got us a great deal on a new ac and furnace. Shane was great and helped us with financing. They came out took half a day to install it all, showed me how it all works, and the house has been nice and cool since. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my family.
