So, we had a little trouble with our air conditioning unit. The response time of A1 was awesome but the tech decided to try and rip us off by telling us that the compressor was bad on our unit. We called another company and they informed us it was a minor electrical issue. The new part was going to cost 2500$. Instead, it was a 100$ job. This may have just been a dishonest tech but regardless, we won't be calling back. Good job on losing a customer A1!

Horrible experience..they were going to make us sit for 3 days to get a part we didn't really need yet for almost $400 in a 48 degree home on new years eve, so I called another place and they got our furnace running in 20 minutes after he went and got the parts off duty(sheet metal supplies). He didn't even charge us because he felt bad.
