Am extremely pleased with the service and product from A-1. Needed to replace old air conditioner so discussed several different model and price options with sales representative Kelly Burlile. He was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time answering all my questions. He is a very personable young man. Once my decision was made, installation was done within a week and Kelly made sure it was done to my satisfaction. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND REASONABLE RATE. SERVICE TECHNICANS KNOW THERE STUFF AND WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY CAREFUL TO BE CLEAN AND NOT DAMAGE THE FLOORS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. LEARNED OF THEM FROM STICKER ON OUR 3 HEATING AND A/C UNITES AND GOT SEVERAL QUOTES AND THEY WERE BY FAR THE LOWEST.
