RecommendedHad our Fall Service done Sept 3 but our "Heat" unit didn't come on with this cold spell so we called for a service today Sunday 9/29/2019...Steve came and replaced a part under Warranty and we are back in Business for Heat!!! Absolutely loved working with A-1. We got bids from A-1 and Western which were comparable but the customer service from the beginning was what sold us! Danny was phenomenal to work with and so understanding with our situation. We have a two story house that needed zoning, a new AC, a new furnace as well as a new water heater. I had an appointment at 10:30-11am today. Finally at 3pm after no one showed up I had to call and cancel because I couldn't wait anymore. No apology for making me waste my day off. I'll take my business to a company that will appreciate it.
