I have had A-1 guys in my house on three occasions; two for routine maintenance on once for an estimate for a thermostat replacement. They are always, on-time, professional, courteous, and recommend only the work that needs doing. I trust them completely to take care of my HVAC and my water heater. We haven't had air conditioning since the beginning of July after our furnace broke down and then had a minor electrical fire. Through our property management another company came out, said they fixed things and then we had another electrical fire a FEW MORE TIMES that same company came out FIVE times, had poor communication and refused to talk things out with me and would only speak to my husband. 5 STARS! Fantastic! So what do you do when it is nearly 10 PM on a hot Saturday, the power 'blips' and the AC stops supplying cool air? Well, I called A1 Heating and Air Conditioning! For monthly maintenance as well as for installations. We just had them install a ductless heat pump. They did an excellent job and worked with us throughout the process to make sure the work was done correctly. Excellent work.
