Called A-1 and talked to Carrie one early cold morning about a error message on our thermostat panel. She was so awesome to get a tech out to our house that very afternoon. Jesse B. was the amazing tech that came out and worked his magic and got our furnace working again immediately. Great customer service from both and will definitely continue calling A-1 for all our furnace/ac needs. Kim & Kevin Neagle

Fast, efficient, quality service!
I have been using A-1 since we had our mini split installed. aside from the higher service fee(because im "out of area") I've have been fairly happy. When I scheduled this year's maintenance I did express my concerns for not getting a thorough cleaning in the past, so they sent Matt out who did an amazing job and answered every silly question I had. I was even given a discount on the fee(there was amid up with what I was told vs. what I paid) but they made it right. I'll continue to have them work on my machine in the future... read more
