Jake arrived on time, inspected my stuff and proceeded to give me the best sales presentation I have ever seen. By the time he finished, all the questions I should have asked were answered and all of his recommendations made too much sense to do otherwise. He completed the work the next day and the new system works great.
Larry the plumber just left our house after 3+ hours of working diligently to unclog our main drain line! He was extremely personable and professional; did a great job, cleaned up after himself and will be the next plumber we call for assistance... they got a keeper in LARRY!!!
A leaking Water Main Line under the crawlspace was causing me a real headache, not to mention a rising water bill. Had a complete system replacement. They went above and beyond want was needed to be replaced. They were fast punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.
Saturday morning and we find out we are unable to flush ANY of our toilets (or run water)... Called another service company and were told they "may get to us" that day, or, more likely, the following morning... Um, we couldn't flush our toilets!! Our water heater decided to break over the weekend. Monday Phil and I think Dan came and did a really nice job of putting in a new water heater for us. The city came today and inspected it all is well. We have HOT water again!
