Had a water heater and toilet installed; both technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend their services to friends and family alike!
A-1 can out right after I called, they looked at the problem, and gave me a price before working. I really like the way they do things.
My plumber John S. was so great, he was very thorough and professional. I was having a back up in my bathroom and he came right away in the morning to fix it. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed it be done. He even called later in the day to make sure everthing was still working well! I would recommend him to come help anyone.
Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain so we called A-1 American a little after 5. The plumber was willing to do the job and came out a little after 6 that evening.despite the time. Jeff and his assistant arrived promptly for the appointment. They were very respectful of the house as they were passing through. Very nice technician who did a great job. I am please with the work he did and how he cleaned up the work area. This has been a pleasant and positive experience.
John was a very nice service man and took the time to tell us what was wrong with the water heater and then said it didn’t need to be replaced, just needed a new pressure relief valve. Honest and courteous!
I've had a great experience with A-1 American. John was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak in the yard quickly -he was done within 4 hours. He was clean and efficient - you couldn't even tell that he had dug up and front yard. He did a great job!
The technician was on time and explained everything he was doing.. He was friendly and efficient. Although it was an expensive job, the overall cost was reasonable and I felt that it was a quality installation.
John was very professional and found the problem and repaired it quickly. He also explained the total process to me. He also left my bathroom the way he found it.
