The heat index was 115 in my area and it got up to 90 degrees inside. Our 2 small children and my wife's cat were not faring well. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. He was also able to provide advice on how to take care of our cooling unit as well as explain to me how the system works. I would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone needing A/C repair.
A-1 American really went above and beyond to ensure that the work needed in my home was done efficiently and at the highest of quality. The installers explained everything to me and when there was an additional problem with my water heater, went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer to utilize the warranty, retrieving the appropriate part, and returning to complete the job. They finished my leaky faucet before I could even check to see how it was going! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I just had a Goodman Heat and Air unit installed by their installer. We recognized right away he had many years experience and knew what he was doing. Even though, we shrugged at the expense of a new unit, having priced them already, he was able to provide us with a well known product at a much lower cost and installed it less than 24 hours later. We were very happy and felt the difference in the air conditioning within minutes. Thank you and we are very satisfied customers.
I knew I needed a new heat pump package soon so I called A-1. They came out to do the work and got it done fast. Everything is working great. Good work guys.
They replaced our old AC and furnace and we are very satisfied. Their techs are pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. We need more honest and upfront people like that in the workforce and we recommend A-1 American to anyone.
After working diligently for over three hours to unclog the main drain line, their plumber just left the house! He was extremely professional and personable, did excellent work, and cleaned up when he was done. Next time we need plumbing assistance we'll be calling A-1 and requesting the same guy!
Friendly and professional services. The plumbing in our home is some cheap stuff from the 80's and he knew what to do with it. The problem was fixed fast and he did a great job cleaning up too. We would definitely use them again.
