I would like to commend the technician, Tim who responded for the service call. This man went out of his way. He was friendly and confident and he explained all that he had to do. This man worked all by himself, all day. Thank you A-1, for having this man as part of your team. He cleaned up every bit of his trash. Than you again Tim. You are an asset to this company.
Scheduling an appointment was easy and the receptionist was very pleasant. John and Larry called when they were on their way and arrived promptly. Price was on the high side, which was the only reason I gave 4 stars, otherwise they were professional, fixed the leak in my ceiling, and cleaned up after themselves.

Fantastic! Jake has been helping us since we moved into the home in 2012. He usually only needs to do an annual service for us, but this time one of our units had died. It had lasted well over a decade. He was great about giving us options and once we selected one he got it installed and running the next day. It works wonderful and we could not be more pleased with the service we received.
I called A-1 on Tuesday morning. James sold me the system on Tuesday afternoon. He started work early on Wednesday and worked alone until dark to bring us online. There was a glitch that caused him a lengthy delay, but he did not make us pay for it with another hot, sleepless night by his quitting early. We've decreased the size of our heat pump, but I can already feel more cool air coming out of the duct vents on the far side of the house than I've ever felt. That is because James analyzed the problem, and offered a systemic solution that cools my house better and will save money month-to-month in the long run. He didn't sell is a bigger heat pump; he sold us a better, more suitable system.
