Amazing customer service! He was here 12 hours after I called for service,great communication, extremely efficient service times and reasonable prices. They were personable and amazing at their job! Definitely recommend!
Outrageously expensive. Our Unit is roughly 5 years old and stopped working after they replaced a $1000+ capacitor less than a year ago, so I called for them to come look at it. They said their previous repairwork was fine and quoted us nearly $3000 for a fan replacement! When I told them I needed to get a second opinion, they tried to charge 179 fee for coming out to look at their own work. I never signed any contract and refused - I suspect they didnt diagnosis and repair the system properly the first time. I do not trust ... read more
