I love these workouts!!! Almost a love hate relationship
The trainers are so helpful and nice! I know I'm getting an intense, full body workout every time I go.
Great way to work out and not get bored!!!! I cycle a lot but this works every inch of my body. I totally recommend 9Round! I hate that I am in vacation for a week. All the trainers push you but also know when you just might need to ease up.
9roundSTL is the best! At 46, I am in the best shape I have ever been. The trainers are awesome! They are knowledgeable and motivating...and they love helping their members reach their individual fitness goals. Love them...And love being a member. Thank you !
