I love everything about this gym! I started working out here for a little me time in the evening. I am a stay at home mom and the fast paced full body workout is exactly what I needed. It quickly turned into an addiction! The trainers are awesome and so accommodating for all fitness levels and abilities.
I love the idea of this gym. I have an unpredictable schedule and this works for me. Come when you can and no stress of missing a class. The workout is different each time!
This was an awesome class! Sweat, sweat, sweat baby!!! Great that you can just start when you get there, get an awesome full body workout and 30 minutes later your finished!! Highly recommend!!
Great workout! Awesome, energetic trainers. I had a rough start as I was more out of shape than I thought, but they continued to encourage me & the results have been fantastic! I'm stronger & my energy level has increased. Thank you 9 rounds.

This place is great! I have worked out for years including college football and I don't think I have ever had such an effective workout. The trainers push you to your limits and keep your body guessing with different workouts each day. With two kids (one in sports) and two full time jobs, the fact that there are no class times is essential to get in my workouts. Everyone needs to try out 9Round!
9Round makes working out exciting and I actually look forward to getting up in the morning knowing I'm starting my day with an intense workout. The workouts are tough but it's easy to stick with because it's so much fun and everyone is so nice and makes asking for help easy.
