Fun and intense! Much better workout in 30 minutes than my 2-hour workouts at the gym, and the high intensity short workout was perfect for my tight schedule. My bro and sister in law have been telling me about this place since it opened and I'm so happy I finally tried it. Coach Mike and Megan were very welcoming and motivating. I joined 9Round about a month ago and have been loving it! An injury has kept me out of 9Round the past week, but hopefully I should be able to return this week. I've been missing it!

Just went in today to start my 9Round fitness journey. I was super nervous about it, but April and her staff made me feel comfortable, and I'm ready to head back tomorrow for more!
I am loving this place! I've only been a member for a few weeks but I can honestly say I am so glad I joined. I am someone who loathes working out, but because of the workouts, and because of how great every single trainer there is I absolutely hate missing a workout. You all even have me getting up early on Saturdays! That is a true testament to how great this concept is.
Awesome workout! Different EVERY time! You have to check it out!
