9Round has been the most intense 30 minute workout ever. I have some physical limitations that prohibit me from doing some of the exercises, and the coaches were very good at providing alternate exercises to accommodate my needs. Very impressed. I hate going to a gym, but this is different and only 30 minutes, yet better than any gym workout I’ve done. If you’re skeptical, at least go to 9Round and try it out for free. You just might get “Hooked” 🥊💪👍
6 weeks ago I was one of many who started a 6 week challenge with 9Round. They provided a basic nutritional menu, the gym, trainers and a great group of others. We all took a challenge to start eating better, working hard and staying accountable. The challenge was exactly what I needed. If you are looking for a fun, energetic, quick way to workout on your schedule, this is the place for you. I really enjoy how unique and challenging the workouts are. I was able to lose over 30lbs in 6 weeks by working out 3 times a week here. It is definitely worth a shot!!
Comprehensive weight-loss AND strength conditioning. 9 Round doesn't suggest/promote starving yourself, rather increase eating frequency/portions and quality of food along with the workout program. They have coaching, menus and a supportive community posting tips and new menus! Everyday is different and keeps things fun! This has been a great experience that I would definitely recommend!!
9Round has been an excellent experience for me so far. The trainers are incredibly helpful and want to see you succeed. They help keep you accountable and push you to work hard. I've tried to do diet plans and workout plans on my own with little to no results. 9Round has given me a plan that really works and I've seen the results. They offer quick, high intensity workouts that are easy to fit into your schedule. I definitely recommend 9Round if you're looking to make a change in your life.
This place is amazing! Not only are the trainers pushing you to your limits, they make you feel like family at this gym! I was skeptical of the results I will achieve but it WORKED!
