Good luck ever canceling your membership once you have signed up. They make it impossible to cancel and you can never reach a live person to discuss it with. They won’t even respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint.
Recommended9 Round offers a different workout at each visit...keeping it interesting and challenging. Trainers are motivating and supportive during the workouts. 30 minutes seem to fly by, so your workout is over before you realize it. Seeing results and feeling better is the best motivation to have !
