Huge fan of the workout, in just 3 weeks and going 4 days a week I have experienced results that I am very happy with at this point! I look forward to these workouts and end up pushing myself more than I have in the past on my own in the traditional gym. Worth a shot if you are not happy with where you are with your fitness or bored with your workout program.
