I recommend this gym/workout to everyone I know! Seriously addicting! The trainers push you when they see you need more, they stop you when you see you need less, and EVERYONE motivates each other! A family gym! Truly love it and miss it when I can't go!
BEST full body workout!! This is truly like small group personal training! LOVE the trainers and family like environment they have! They give you that extra push you need that you sometimes can't give yourself when you're at a typical gym.
Fun...motivating...addicting! The work out is only 30 minutes and I get more out of it than going to the gym.
