Out of the four years i lived there, three AC units had to be installed and I had bees in my apartment every summer for three summers. Please stay away from this place! Not to mention they will charge for the stupidest things possible that should already be taken care of when you move out (like painting and carpet cleaning). Horrible experience and will steer clear forever. Good riddance!
Don't move here they'll break your car windows and the maintenance is unprofessional
The prices are some of the most affordable around and the gym, pools and hot tub are clean and a great place to BBQ in the summer time. I would say this is a good "first apartment" for someone who needs something affordable and just getting started on their own.
I love everything about this place! I have being here for more then 4 years and they have made me feel like home since day one! Love the complex just secure and warm! Parking is always easy if not inside outside around the complex! Just great ..
Maintenance group, specially Joe are very nice and efficient. It is a peaceful place to live in. They work hard everyday to keep it clean. I love the features, palms, flowers, green plants every where and at night there are a lot of lights so you can go for a walk with no problem at all. Pool and jacuzzy are well taken care of too.
