I love 777 Place! The office staff is so accommodating, they offer competitive prices, and so many amenities that's make 777 truly unique.
My fiancée and I are currently suing this apartment complex. That alone should be reason for you to look elsewhere. We are being charged $430 for ridiculous and made up "damages" that were nonexistent when we moved out. In addition to this, we were displaced for 3 days when a pipe in our bedroom wall burst, and were offered no place to stay or compensation for the time our apartment was uninhabitable, which violates SEVERAL California housing laws. I like the apartments, this is my second year; moved from 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom. Fell in love with the model; though i was unable to view the apartment I was moving into. I lived on the pool side and loved it, moved to the north side and the apartment had roaches and smelled of dog, they cleaned and sprayed, and so far so good. Parking is horrible as well, come in the gate after 7:30pm and you will have to park on the street. The pricing is also too expensive for the square footage.
