I'm a WesternU student and the price and value is the most reasonable in the area. It is walking distance to campus and the convenience is hard to beat. The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve complimentary coffee for residents and I've had a positive experience so far living here since August. I've released for next year because I am satisfied with my experience at 777 Place.
Time will tell if Gyasmine George will still be happy at the met or if she'll be begging to get out of her lease :)
