Just signed a lease here for my daughter who will be going to western in the fall..I see alot of bad reviews on here but they seem to be a few years old..can anyone who lives there now advise any different? They have different management now? I'm sure the parking is still prob an issue, would it be beneficial to pay the extra for a garage? Also how's the bug problem been? We thought the north side by the leasing office looked nicer so her apt will be up there. Any info would be helpful..tia
Events, pool and gym are really great! However, there is an ongoing cockroach issue that's been very taxing the last 6 months or so. It's been getting to an unacceptable level at times, an absolute infestation. I have neighbors that agree and has forced me to consider leaving
The resident events are great! Free food and games etc. Also they have contests year round. The maintenance team is so helpful in getting things repaired in our apartment!

This is a wonderful place to live. No complaints and a place you can call home
My boyfriend and I go to cal poly and live here. The price and distance is perfect for us. We don't love the neighborhood but once we're inside the complex it feels just like home! Also the gym and pool are great and staff has always been helpful.
