777 Place has one of the most nicest staff and accomodations I've ever experienced. Leased my apartment here for almost 2 years now and I haven't ran into ANY problems. People are so nice here, surrounded by families and students! 10/10 would recommend!
This review is for students at WesternU considering to live here. I wouldn't recommend that any student live there for any reason. If student housing is full, just move to Claremont or Upland. You will be much happier. My wife and I are both students at WesternU and lived here during our first year. We moved out as soon as our lease was over and are so glad we did. hiring employees that don't conduct fraud they stole my money and evict it us made us move out and we payed or rent on top of that the air conditioner sucks we live in u21 and every night was a party for are Neighbors u u22 they will have the radio up at 11pm and shooting fierwork at 1am and on top of this he is a part of the 777 staff and it looks like when we start to complain they did what they did I want recommend anybody to ever move into this complex while these people continue to work here they will rip u off
I have lived here at 77 E. 3rd Street Pl., Apartments and I’ve experienced a very pleasant relationship with the employees of the property God bless all
