I am so disappointed in this place. At first glance this place looks absolutely gorgeous but they have many issues. They have a homeless problem regardless of it being gated. There office staff is so rude and fail at communicating. Do not trust what they say or get everything in writing because they have changed my terms over night. My husband lost his job due to COVID-19 and they will not accept our rent relief. Not only is this place unsafe and unsanitary but they have no empathy for their tenants. RecommendedI moved into my apartment about a month ago and so far I’m loving it. The staff is one of the most friendly and caring people you will meet. The apartments are super spacious and if you have issues the maintenance man is on it right away. I would highly recommend living here.
I have a great view of the mountains, the staff are friendly and they maintain the property well. The gym has nice equipment and they have a business center with wifi available.
Yes I it love here. I moved here from Mountain View Ca in the Bay Area and to be honest my expectations were low. But there’s so many good things about this place. It always look clean and good. The palm trees outside my window give me a sense peace and the LA life. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just a great place to live a friendly staff and accommodating amenities.
The apartments are nice and are pet friendly. It’s gated and has a pool, jacuzzi and a clean gym. Neighbors are quite and friendly. Apartment staff and maintenance are nice and helpful.
the 777 place apts are nice quite the people are friendly.... the staff is pretty awsome n very outgoing.. i love living here
