I wish I could give them a lower review. They are not helpful. One woman specifically is most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with in a customer service position. Greystar Management is absolutely unprofessional and I am truly disgusted that this company has affiliated with Sterling at Stonecrest. Since their affiliation with the apartment complex, my building has become extremely unclean. There have been condom wrappers left in the parking lot, paraphernalia used for illegal substances left in the elevator, unsanitary smells in the elevator, and the trash is being left in the hallways for up to three days with no one picking up properly, which is a breach of contract per the valet tr... read more
Moved in to my new apartment 13 months ago the staff was friendly on getting me to move in. After move in there were several issues with the apartment and they were not taken care of for a long time. (Very little hot water, bath tub peeling, light bulb out, windows not balanced, ac system working extra hard leaving me with a bill of $500) Upon move out we cleaned our unit beyond more than how it came except the fact about missing the internal stove area. This company is running financial crimes and scams. They require a deposit when APPLYING for a unit as a hold. We read reviews citing delays on returned holds and thought it was a past problem. It is not. We’ve been waiting for our money back since JUNE. It is now OCTOBER almost November. The first time we asked on the status of our money back, they said a check was lost in the mail. This is the only apartment complex we ever have had trouble with.
