The edge at **** Office is no help, customer service # is worse; and cant reach corporate.Ive been here 3 years, payed all my dues on time, and now pregnant trying to end my lease since I will obv. not have my baby at a college living apt, also lease states no kids can live here. The office didnt see this as a reason to allow me to end lease, so Im now responsible with finding a subleaser and a $300 empty sublease fee. Id understand if fee was to fix the room for new tenant, but they also have left me that responsibly to fix... read more

Business response:

Management notified **************** on November 20th that the relet fee would be waived considering the person taking over the lease would be taking the room in an As-Is condition. Regarding the leak that is reported here, this was not submitted in a work order format and management will be investigating. As of today, **************** is satisfied with the waiving of the relet fee.

I moved into Zone Luxe owned by Greystar property management & it has been a disaster. I moved into to a unit they they confirmed was move in ready and that was not the case. The apartment was dirty & there were tons of items that needed to be fixed or replaced. It took a while month for the work to finally be completed & to me that is not at all acceptable. Upon vacating the rental apartment, I made sure that all necessary obligations were fulfilled, including a comprehensive cleaning of the entire apartment. I have photographed all the areas just in case I needed to prove the cleanliness and maintenance performed during the move-out. We lived at an apartment complex that was bought by Greystar midway through the lease, and after the new management came it was significantly worse experience as a resident. Upon move out, we provided our new forwarding address in an email and we also gave it to the lease office over the phone when they called to confirm our account was closed, and again when I called to check on the status of the return. From the get this place has been problem after problem. From verifying income to maintenance worker keying car, to 150$ trash bills. Instead of ranting about how the garage door fell on the roof of my brand new car and getting lease violations for having an American flag on my patio, I’ll just say don’t move in or waste your money supporting a business like this

The Domain at Town Center Drive Moved into a dirty apartment and will tow your car in your purchased parking spot. Management will never admit their mistake, unprofessional behavior and will not take into account any issues. They want nothing to do with you. Walls are paper thin, making you hear everything around you and so you will never be able to get any sleep sometimes. The internet is also unreliable. Did not work for 2 weeks. After moving out of my apartment, Greystar mailed me a paper bill for the final wrap-up and cleaning services. The bill had very vague instructions on how to access the payment portal online and did not provide a Due Date - both on the paper bill and on the portal. I attempted to contact Greystar via email and phone several times to confirm the due date, but to no avail. Greystar is claiming my utilities are due the same date as my rent. They are also claiming that my utilities charge posts a day earlier than it actually does. They refuse to respond to my emails as they claim it's their "policy", I don't know what that means as they have not shown any of my claims to be false or misinformed. They have now threatened to "lock" my electronic payment account if I don't post utility payments a day earlier than is required by my Utility Addendum.
