I had them come out 3 times for the same problem, they charged me for each service and never fixed the problem until the 3rd visit. Something a s simple as a thermostat should have cost a few hundred dollars and ended up cost me over $800. I will not use or recommend them to anyone
Prompt, friendly service, great price. A fuse went out shortly after 24 Hour Air fixed our furnace. They came and replaced the fuse w/o charge. They stayed in touch with us throughout the process by phone and text messages.
